I love to shop online but I always thought there were a few things you just couldn’t buy (shoes, jewelry, cars, houses…) but I broke my rule and bought shoes from the Internet!
About 6 months ago I found a great deal on pair of Clark’s shoes. I’ve had my eye on them for a while but always resisted because they are so expensive… Well I went to Nordstroms to try on a few pairs to get the sizing down and then returned home only to find that the super good deal was gone. It bummed me out but I got over it.
Well recently I found a coupon for Shoebuy.com after browsing around I saw that they had a huge selection. This time I went to try on a few pairs of Clark’s over at the local DSW (yes they have man shoes too!) I got my sizing down and came home to order. Shoebuy has decent prices to start with, they don’t charge Sales Tax, Have a 110% low price policy, 60 day return policy free shipping (UPS Ground) and free return shipping. So with all that good stuff I applied a 20% off coupon and then I got another 10% on top of that.
My shoes came about a week later (after order processing and ground shipping) I tried the shoes on and they fit great, I’m so happy!
Over the last month or so, I’ve noticed my feet were hurting especially while trying to walk / jog with my wife (my old vans just are not cutting it anymore). So I decided to buy a pair of shoes after my recent super experience with shoebuy.com I decided I’d go to the old DSW to browse and return home to order. This time I ordered a nice pair of New Balance shoes and with all the super savings I’m about $20 cheaper than DSW.
I am super happy with my purchases and will use them again. If you are planning on buying shoes let me know because they have a refer a friend program or I can just send you coupon info!
Remember, go to DSW, try them on, then go to shoebuy.com for a better/risk free deal!
