Well, it’s offical. Dominic did not make it on his due date so consider him ‘late.’
I didn’t think that I would be as bothered by this as I am. What’s a few more days, right? Yeah well, wrong. This past week has been pretty uncomfortable – braxton hicks (aka false labor contractions) have been attacking me every time I sit in a comfy chair and my little boy has been enjoying raming his head into my cervix – or as I like to call it – the ol’ ice pick to the crotch! Ouch! Not to mention that I get a million calls a day from people to see if I’ve exploded yet. I almost feel like I’m letting people down when they utter the words, “You haven’t had that baby YET???!” Uh, no cuz see, I REALLY like posing as a whale, but thanks. In all seriousness I know people are just checking on me because they care. I really appreciate that. But, I promise you will see the Bat Signal with the time comes.
Ah well, I guess I shouldn’t complain, I’ve had it pretty easy. I’ll just continue to watch the clock tick by and watch as much crappy day time television as I can. Sigh…

Well my guess is that Dominick knew that i was out of town So he postponed the occurance of showing his head to the world.
So now that i’ve finally gotten back from Indiana at 430 in the morning (freakin georgia weather), you may now proceed to have the baby.
Oh and Camion will throw prayers up to sky for you 2!

We’re thinking about you guys! We know hard it is to wait. Gianna took her sweet time and was a week late. However, I TOTALLY pigged out on McDonald’s the night before I had Christina. It seemed to do the trick. big mac, fries, apple pie, large coke, and a few chicken nuggets for good measure. no joke. :)

Oh my sweet Lori—I can’t even imagine. I hope this doesn’t mean Dominic will be a habitually late person. Charlotte will expect their dates to start on time or she’ll think she’s been stood up. :)

You are all in my prayers. Lori, it is LABOR to get that baby out but you’ll forget all of that when you hold that sweet little baby for the first time. God Bless you all!
