Father of the Year

I feel the need to give my wonderful husband a shout out and let the whole world know how awesome he is.

I am so lucky to *really* feel like this whole parenting thing is really a 50/50 deal. I don’t feel like I do MOST of the work (ok, sometimes…), I honestly feel that Angelo steps up to the plate and shares

the joy (aka, dirty diapers and daily puke fests).

I thank God as often as I can for the fact that I don’t have to worry about day care costs or having to get up extra early to get him fed and ready to take to another location. I get to go to work knowin

g that Dominic’s daddy is watching and loving on him until I get home. And Angelo is quite the trooper. He’s had his fair share of bad days… days that leave him exhausted and calling me to come home ASAP and take over. But, even through the rough times, he has his fair share of wonderful moments, too. I love to hear stories of how Dominic explores Angelo’s face, or how he coos up a storm. I also get personal delight to hear about Dominic puking down Angelo’s shirt…. for the third time

that day. :) I also love the photos Angelo sends me while I’m at work missing my little boy.

He’s not only the best daddy ever, he’s also a great husband. He takes care of both of us better than I could ever have thought. He has helped me with household chores as well as coming up with awesome new recipes to cook.

Angelo is awesome and I couldn’t imagine my life with out him! I look forward to raising Dominic together and one day having another little one to tend to (hopefully).

I love you, Angelo!  You are the best daddy and husband a girl could ask for!

I don’t want to sound like a queer or anything, but I love Angelo for most of those reasons too. And his awesome facial hair styling. Oh, and Lori, can I borrow some DNA? I need to clone me a perfect wife.

So sweet! You sound like a terrific hubby and daddy Angelo! Thanks for being so involved! Raresh and you are both doing such a great job! I’ll gladly have more kids because of that and it looks like Lori will, too!
